Can I cash out my chips?
No. Chips are play money with no cash value. They cannot be cashed out, sold or given to other players.
I bought chips but did not get them
Open Hot Shooter again while online. If the chips are still missing, write to us with the date of the purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple through Report a Problem.
How do I get free chips?
Open Hot Shooter each day to collect your free chips.
How do I delete my account and data?
Choose Privacy and my data in the form above, or write to support@hotshooter.app from the address you sign in with.
