This policy explains what Hot Shooter collects when you use the app and this website, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
Hot Shooter is made by [name of the data controller, to be confirmed]. You can reach us at support@hotshooter.app.
What we collect
- Your e-mail address, when you sign in. We send you a sign-in link and use the address to recognise your account.
- Your age confirmation. Hot Shooter is for players 18 and over. We store that you have confirmed you are 18 or older, and when.
- Your game: your chip balance, bets, rolls, winnings and losses in chips, experience, level, achievements and settings such as favourite bets. We need them to run the game and keep it fair.
- Your purchases of chips. Payment is handled by Apple. We receive a receipt of what you bought, not your card details.
- Ads. You can choose to watch a video ad for free chips. The ad network (Google AdMob) confirms to us that a video was watched, so we can give you the chips. The ad network may process a device identifier to show and measure ads. We do not track you across other companies' apps and websites.
- Support messages: when you write to us through the support form or by e-mail, we store your e-mail address, the topic and your message so we can answer you.
Why we use it
- To give you an account and run the game (our agreement with you).
- To keep Hot Shooter for adults only and to prevent cheating and abuse (our legitimate interest and legal duties).
- To deliver the chips you buy or earn and to answer your support messages.
We do not sell your data.
Who else handles your data
- Supabase, which hosts our database and sign-in.
- Apple, for downloads and purchases.
- Google AdMob, for the video ads you choose to watch.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, they use safeguards such as the EU's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and game data while you have an account. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data, except what we must keep by law (for example records of purchases). Support messages are kept for [period, to be confirmed].
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can object to how we use it. Write to support@hotshooter.app or use the support form. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Hot Shooter is not for anyone under 18. If we learn that a player is under 18, we close the account.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top and tell you in the app when the change matters to you.
